■Smart CUBE Dial is the second in the Smart CUBE series of man-hour management solutions
AsiaQuest has decided to make the "Smart CUBE" series the second in a series of "Smart CUBE Dial" man-hour management solutions, which received a strong response in the previous release.
The "Smart CUBE Dial" is a dial-type form, and the number of dials can be set according to the type of work to be performed. It automatically acquires data on the work content associated with the dial position and man-hour management is possible.
The "Smart CUBE Dial" is palm-sized and easy to carry around, and can be worn around the neck or hooked onto a belt or pocket. Unlike "Smart CUBE," it does not need to be placed on a flat surface such as a desk, making it easy to use for those who often attend meetings or work on multiple floors and move around a lot.
■Easy real-time work status sharing
"Smart CUBE Dial" is designed to determine the dial position and automatically compile a log, so that the user's status can be communicated to others in real time by linking the dial position and work content. For example, the user can not only check who is working on what by looking at the user screen, but also confirm in advance that the user is not "in a meeting" or "out of the office" before going to the desired person.
The user only needs to adjust the dial position according to the work to be done, so no special IT knowledge is required. The low hurdle to introduction is one of the features of "Smart CUBE Dial".
■Analyzed data further reduces man-hours.
Logs acquired by "Smart CUBE Dial" are stored and aggregated on "beaconnect plus" via a gateway device. Data accumulated on "beaconnect plus" can be used and analyzed. By "visualizing" the current time allocation of work, the person in charge can check for problems. In addition, the analysis results enable internal proposals to reduce man-hours, leading to more efficient operations.
