This award is a program for young engineers in their first to third year of working at companies participating in the AWS Partner Network.

■ Profile of Award Winners
Tomoki Ikawa
Tomoki joined AsiaQuest in 2022 as a New graduates. Since joining the company, he has been involved in the implementation and construction of AWS infrastructure mainly for enterprise and municipal customers. He plans, operates, and speaks at Connpass, a cloud study session for external users, and promotes measures to improve AWS expertise throughout the company as a CCoE member.
He is also actively involved in AWS certifications and has achieved all 12 certifications, winning both the 2024 Japan AWS Jr. Champions and the 2024 Japan AWS All Certifications Engineers.
Takeru Takahashi
Mr. Takahashi joined AsiaQuest in 2023 as a New graduates. Since joining the company, he has been involved in the implementation and construction of AWS infrastructure, mainly for enterprise and municipal customers. After six months with the company, he was assigned to a data analysis project and was in charge of designing and building data analysis tools using Glue/Redshift/QuickSight. He is actively involved in output and information dissemination by planning, managing, and speaking at Connpass, an external cloud study group, and writing a technical blog about AWS on our TechBlog.

AWS Jr. Champions are young engineers who belong to AWS Partner Network (APN) participating companies and are currently in their first to third year of working experience and have made outstanding achievements in AWS activities.
The AWS Jr. Champions are young engineers who are currently working for a company participating in the AWS Partner Network (APN) and have made outstanding achievements in AWS activities in their first to third years of work experience.
This is a unique award system in Japan that started in 2023 and is now in its second year.
Young engineers selected as Japan AWS Jr. Champions are expected to continue to actively share their knowledge and experience of AWS, and to take the next step to be selected as Japan AWS Top Engineers or AWS Ambassadors in the future. AWS Ambassadors in the future.
