An overview of the second WAKU WAKU 2030 Workshop held by the Beyond 5G Promotion Consortium on December 13, 2023 and the projection materials from the day are now available on the WAKU WAKU 2030 website.
Mr. Iwasaki, General Manager of AsiaQuest Business Promotion Department, and Mr. Kobatake, General Manager of Sales Department, participated in the workshop as experts in XR technology.

Yuki Iwasaki, Director, General Manager of Business Promotion Department
-Brief Personal History
After graduating from Keio University's Faculty of Economics in 2006, he joined an IT venture company.
He participated in the launch of AsiaQuest in 2012, and was mainly in charge of the domestic business.
He contributed to the company's listing on the TSE Growth Market in 2021, and is also in charge of PM/Consulting for DX-related project promotion using the latest technologies such as IoT/AI, while helping major companies build DX organizations and formulate strategies.
He is currently responsible for Sales/marketing and recruiting, and is actively working on alliances and collaborations with other companies.

Yoshinori Kobatake, General Manager of Sales Department
-Brief Personal History
After graduating from Rikkyo University in 1995, he joined Softbank Corporation and worked as a system engineer at Softbank Technology Corporation (currently SB Technology Corporation).
In 2001, he was in charge of CRM products and Web solution business at Izu Co., Ltd. (currently FueTrek Co., Ltd.).
In 2012, he was in charge of Cloud service planning at SoftBank Telecom Corp. (currently SoftBank Corp.).
In 2015, he launched Cloud and IoT businesses at AsiaQuest Co., Ltd. and is currently in charge of DX proposals to companies in the sales department.
■What is WAKU WAKU 2030?
Beyond 5G Promotion Consortium organizes this event, which gathers experts from various industries and disseminates a variety of information to raise expectations for the future under the themes of "Well-being," "Circular-economy," "Sustainable-society," and "Universe" for the Beyond 5G/6G era. The site provides a variety of information that raises expectations for the future.
The goal is to deepen understanding of next-generation communication systems such as 5G and to generate business ideas and business opportunities through extensive discussions with users and service providers on trends and actual conditions related to DX and ICT implementation in each industry, as well as needs and issues related to communication systems.

■What is the Beyond 5G Promotion Consortium?
Based on the "Beyond 5G Promotion Strategy: Roadmap to 6G" (June 2020), the Consortium was established in December 2020 for the purpose of strongly and actively promoting this strategy through industry-academia-government collaboration.
It will share initiatives for promoting B5G R&D, industry-academia collaboration, etc., and hold international conferences to promote international collaboration.
It is supported by the Beyond 5G Promotion Task Force, which is comprised of relevant departments within the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.
