Robotic Process Automation
RPA is an acronym for "Robotic Process Automation" and refers to the concept of using software-type robots inside PCs to perform and automate routine tasks such as back-office operations. The tools that realize this concept of RPA are called RPA tools. Once the processing procedures to be performed by a person are registered, the tool can operate and execute multiple systems and applications in the same way that a person would operate them. The greatest feature of RPA is that it can improve the efficiency of existing operations without the need for long-term modification of existing systems or review of work flow.
